SHIPPING POLICY
Your order of promotional products will be ready for pickup within 7-10 business days after payment and vector artwork is received (barring any delays). If you require delivery within our standard Kingston zones, we can arrange delivery for free. Deliveries outside our standard zones in Kingston will incur a cost for delivery (inquire for quote). These orders are shipped via standard courier delivery and can be expected to arrive within 10-15 business days, depending on the destination address. Expedited shipping options are available upon request, but may require additional fees. We do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely manner but are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the shipment has left our facility.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) as well as PayPal. Payment must be made in full before any order can be processed. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter, depending on when your bank authorizes and settles the transaction.
